The Delhi Police has officially announced the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) Schedule 2026 for candidates who qualified in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Examination 2025. According to the official notice, the PE & MT will be conducted from 19 August to 1 September 2026. The physical test schedule for Head Constable Ministerial, Head Constable AWO/TPO, and Constable Driver posts will be announced separately on the official recruitment portal.

Delhi Police Physical Test Dates 2026
Delhi Police has released the official PE & MT Schedule 2026 for Constable (Executive) candidates who qualified in the written examination. The Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT) will be conducted from 19 August to 1 September 2026.
Candidates appearing for the physical examination must report to the allotted venue as per the date and time mentioned on their admit card. The schedule for other Delhi Police posts will be released separately.

Delhi Police PE & MT Components
The Physical Endurance and Measurement Test consists of the following stages:
- Race (Running Test)
- Long Jump
- High Jump
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

Running Test Standards
Male Candidates (Up to 30 Years)
- Race: 1600 Metres
- Maximum Time: 6 Minutes
- Long Jump: 14 Feet
- High Jump: 3 Feet 9 Inches
Female Candidates
- Race: 800 Metres
- Time Limit: 8–10 Minutes (depending on age category)
- Long Jump & High Jump: As prescribed in the official guidelines.
Delhi Police PE & MT Test Process
Candidates must follow the sequence of events during the physical examination.
- Candidates must first qualify the Race (Running Test).
- Only qualified candidates will be allowed to participate in the Long Jump and High Jump.
- Candidates will get three attempts each for the Long Jump and High Jump.
- No appeal against disqualification in the Race, Long Jump, or High Jump will be entertained.
- Candidates who qualify all Physical Endurance events will undergo the Physical Measurement Test (PMT).
Important Instructions
- Carry the PE & MT Admit Card along with a valid photo ID proof.
- Reach the examination venue before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
- Wear comfortable sports clothing and running shoes.
- Follow all instructions issued by the Delhi Police recruitment authorities.
- Candidates failing to meet the prescribed physical standards will be disqualified from further stages of the recruitment process.
